The 55 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbmb501, in the Haus Meeresblick building in Kühlungsborn can accommodate up to 4 people. Its immediate proximity to the beach and the apartment’s loggia, which offers ocean views and a view of the city forest, make for the perfect Baltic Sea vacation.

The Location
This cozy apartment faces east and is located on the 5th floor—the top floor—of the former historic spa hotel. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just a few steps away. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair sheltered from the wind. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.

Amenities
The non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a 2-burner ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, blender, and egg cooker.
The combined living and dining area includes, among other things, a stereo system with radio and CD player, a flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa with a spring mattress (approx. 1.60 x 2.00 m), and an armchair. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy pleasant moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. From here, you also have access to the covered balcony. The east-facing loggia is furnished with outdoor seating for 4 people—from here, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast and take in a beautiful view of the city forest and a side view of the Baltic Sea.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and the bedroom window overlooks the atrium, the building’s green, covered inner courtyard. The children’s room has a bunk bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m). The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.

Special Features of "<br>" Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The Meeresblick vacation complex offers coin-operated washers and dryers for shared use, as well as bicycle storage in the underground parking garage. The apartment comes with an assigned underground parking space in a double-stacking system for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (maximum clearance height 1.80 m, maximum vehicle length 5 m), which you can book as an add-on if needed.

In accordance with our duty to provide information, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella bacteria was detected in the plumbing system of the Haus Meeresblick building. As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have therefore been installed in the apartments.

On the first floor of the Meeresblick is the Röntgen Café with its own pastry shop. Open daily with an all-day breakfast menu, cakes, and bakery items that you can enjoy on-site or take to go, the café is very popular with our guests.
Both families and active vacationers will find plenty of ways to tailor their beach vacation on the Baltic Sea to their individual preferences. A ride on the nostalgic Molli steam train, which takes you to Heiligendamm and Bad Doberan, is great fun for the whole family.
