A particularly unique feature is the beautifully situated and exceptionally large rooftop terrace facing northwest, which wraps around two sides of the apartment; here, you can still enjoy the evening sun and the mild climate of the Baltic Sea. <br><br>A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you. <br><br>The location <br>This exclusive and light-filled apartment is located on the top floor—the penthouse level—of Building 2, facing northwest. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—in just 200 meters, you’ll reach Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometers. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an exciting vacation for the whole family.<br><br><br> Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. On the spacious rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, you can enjoy your vacation however you like. From here, you’ll have a unique view of the nearby coastal forest to the northeast and the Tarnewitzer Urwald nature reserve to the south. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living area. With the exception of a threshold leading to the rooftop terrace, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free.<br><br><br> ’s Special Features If you’d like, you can take advantage of the resort’s attractive amenities—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you.
