This exclusive apartment is located on the first floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing east. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The separate bedroom, facing northwest, offers a high level of sleeping comfort with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches). The hallway features a wardrobe and a bench that doubles as a seat and luggage rack. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and heated floors.
You can spend relaxing hours enjoying a side view of the sea on the covered, east-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area. A crib can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.
