Sleeping arrangements
This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with a flexible layout ideal for families.

First floor:
The first-floor king suite is one of the standout features of this home — perfect for grandparents, guests with mobility considerations, or anyone who simply prefers to stay on one level. The bedroom features a king bed, 55" smart Roku TV, soaring 10-foot ceilings, and a large walk-in closet. The private ensuite bathroom is generously sized, offering a walk-in tile shower, a standalone porcelain soaking bathtub, a double sink vanity, and a private toilet room — everything you'd expect from a primary suite. A small infant crib is also available in the closet for your littlest guests.

Second floor:
At the top of the stairs, an open landing bunk loft features a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed, a double pullout sleeper sofa, and a ~50" smart TV — giving kids their own dedicated space to hang out and unwind. The second floor also includes a king bedroom and a queen bedroom connected by connected by a beautifully designed Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a walk-in tile shower, double sink vanity with plenty of counter space, and a separate toilet room. Each of these bedrooms is well-appointed with a 32" smart Roku TV, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and a closet with plenty of space for the week.

The master suite — also on the second floor — is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, 55" smart TV, soaring 10-foot ceilings, a shiplap accent wall, ceiling fan, and recessed lighting. The private ensuite bathroom offers a dual vanity and walk-in tile shower, with a large walk-in closet and a separate toilet room. Step out onto the large private walkout balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail, looking out over a quiet, secluded wooded area.

Bathrooms:
The home features three full bathrooms and one half bath. Two of the full bathrooms are private ensuites — one on the first floor (king suite) and one on the second floor (master suite) — and the third is the shared Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the king and queen bedrooms. The half bath is conveniently located on the first floor for easy access from the main living areas and the pool.
