This was the perfect get away for our family vacation! Lots of space, bathrooms, and plenty of spaces to hang out together or have quiet time by yourself when needed. The views of the beach were stunning and it was so nice to have a beach that wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely visit again soon!

Awesome beachfront location and on the beach in a minute walk, location was convenient to walk to local coffee/bakery/resturants. Plenty of room for all of us and WiFi with TVs allowed for some down time with added plus for small animals. House had all we could ask for and beach itself was secluded with our own spot. Only downside from all the guest would be maybe softer beds and some more pans to make breakfast if you got a houseful of guests. Otherwise we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at this property & we will be back! Location is perfect & the house is plenty big enough. Love the view of the beach & the fact that the beach is your backyard when staying here is amazing! The house was clean upon arrival & everything was in good working condition. The kitchen could use a few extra items such as cooking utensils (there was only 1 spatula & the pans were a little old) but we will definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Beautiful, clean, modern home. Beach access was amazing and private. Kids loved the TV's in the bunk room. Loved all the seating in the kitchen/dining space, very accommodating for large family all around!

Great location and perfect view of the gulf

Had a great stay at tan lines. There was one problem that was not with property it was a gas line that was hit by a work crew and I informed the property manager and she came by to make sure everything was good. Can’t ask for a better property manager.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location on the beach was perfect. The property manager was quick to resolve a minor issue when we arrived as the one bathroom had no shower curtain or liner! Within a few hours all was resolved. Very responsive and great :)

Summer Vacation

Beautiful home in a great location and walking distance to whales Tail and a few other places. The house could have been much cleaner and the outside area is small. The windows on the living room are hard to see out of and the shower on the 3rd floor doesn’t drain fast enough and water starts to rise,The outlets would blow and need to be re set and bunk room with the full size bed is such a tiny room.

My husband & I & 5 kids stayed here for a week & we absolutely loved it! Perfect location & right on the beach was very convenient! The only negative was it did get a little hot in certain rooms of the house & the one bathroom upstairs could have been a little Cleaner but we would definitely stay here again!

Cute house

Great location, close to everything. The house was super cute. The only issues we had were the water for the soaking tub would not get hot, just luke warm and the mattresses were a little hard for our liking but other than that we had an overall great stay. We were literally steps from the ocean.

House is beautiful, clean and spacious! Right on the beach, direct access! Walking distance to stores, coffee, breakfast and ice cream. Definitely recommend for family vacation. 3rd floor warmer than rest of house, ceiling fan wasn’t enough. No dressers if you want to unpack. Overall, beautiful house, we had an incredible stay!

Amazing Beachfront Location

The house is literally steps from the beach and water. A great location convenient to everything; gas station, souvenir shops, pizza, BadAss coffee, Kilwin’s ice cream and Dairy Queen are within short walks from the house. The layout of the house is great with plenty of room. Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need. The movie room was a favorite! We will definitely be back!

Tan Lines Summer Vacation

The house is in a great location with plenty to do! We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple hang out spots in the house and the very private beach. It is a beautiful house. Couple of easy fixes to include the air conditioning on the top floor and basement…very warm. Also the deadbolt on the lowest level rear exit does not open. Knob on the rear bunk bed room is broken. Still we would stay here again!
