Very nice tiny house. Just enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Property is located on corner street so there is quite a bit of traffic but can’t really hear anything inside. Overall loved the property and would stay again if in the area.

Weekend Getaway

Great place to stay for my family of 5. My kids loved the upstairs loft area and there was plenty of room!

Seems small at first, but actually a decent amount of room for a small family. Place was very clean and was perfect for a base for nearby attractions (be sure to vist Dupont State Forest and check out the waterfalls) Met the owner, thinl his name was Wayne, owns a nearby orchard and a very friendly person!

Pleasant stay

We stayed at this property for a week. Very clean and well stocked. It is right on the road so keep in mind that you will hear road traffic at all times.

Nice and comfortable tiny house.

Tiny cottage was clean and comfortable. The location is terrible, located right next to a busy road. Traffic noise all the time.

It is very small for elderly people to navigate especially the loft. It is on a corner of 2 busy highways- so expect some vehicle noise. Very clean and sanitary with good amenities. Overall it was ok.

Thank you, John, for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed this home. The convenient location does also bring some added noise, and we apologize for any disruption this caused during your visit. We'll continue to work closely with both our local staff and the homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.

Great home.

I like the size of the home. We only needed a place to stay while visiting family. We had all the amenities of being in our camper but a little more room. I like staying there verses a hotel and for the cost difference it was worth it. Be prepared for lots of traffic noise, a soft bed, and a very bright bedroom at night. A blackout curtain or blind would help. I would stay again.

The property was clean and nice inside, but the location was not somewhere I would go again. It was on the corner of a main road and a side road right close to the road and all we ever heard was loud traffic day and night so you couldn’t even sit out on the deck and have a nice enjoyable quiet time.

James

I had wrote this really long review and somehow it got reduced to the number "4" and I have been asked to redo it. This place is very nice. New fresh. My daughter loved the loft bedroom. Perfect for kids. My daughter is 13. Younger is good and safe there. They will love it. So bright with natural light. Nice blinds to make it private. Small and comfortable. More than 3-4 in there would be a lot. But doable. O would stay there again for sure.
