Offering a breathtaking combination of sea and mountain views, the holiday apartment "In Villa Marlory" is located in Monreale. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.



You have access to a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. The building is shared with the owners, but your area has a separate entrance for your exclusive use. The property is just 1 km from the city center, where you will find all main services.



There are 5 external steps to access the apartment. Please note that the bathtub in one of the bathrooms is currently out of service. Three parking spaces are available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Families with children are welcome. Small pets are allowed. The property follows recycling rules; further information is provided on site.

Tres belle maison mais arrivée chaotique

Super belle maison grande spacieuse avec belle terrasse lit confortable mais clairement on s'est fait baladé avec des mauvaises adresses et devoir poireauter 40min une fois que nous pensions être arrivé alors qu'en fait ce n'était pas le cas suite a une adresse qui n'etait pas la bonne.

Needs a bit of TLC

SUPER CLEAN upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with PLENTY of cookware. That said, it's a bit disingenuous. The main bathroom has neither a shower or a toilet seat as well as an inoperable bath tub. The bathroom with a shower has a door that doesn't close properly. And both have a NO PAPER AT ALL IN THE TOILET policy. The kitchen has everything you'd need, however the refrigerator - while working but not plugged in upon arrival - is quite antiquated. There IS another one inside the cabinet but hasn't worked in ages. The cooker needs to be plugged to a sidewall to operate which can be a safety hazard. Also, in the kitchen area, 2 of the 4 dining table chairs are broken and are a cut hazard. The main bedroom is spacious with one caveat: a chain locked closet. The apartment has wonderful views but there is a wall with a broken glass window and broken glass door dividing the spacious patio. A little work would go a long way to gaining a 5 star review instead of the 3 I have given it.
