Perfect!!

Great time. Great location. Condo was perfect for our large family. There were 11 of us. Everyone had plenty of room to do there thing without us getting in each way. Well equipped kitchen. We loved backing up to the ocean, so beautiful!!

Perfect stay!

The property is beautiful and the management company was very accommodating. They responded quickly to even the smallest questions. The unit was extremely clean. We will certainly book a place with Beach Front Only again.

Beautiful Property

We had seven Adults and had plenty of room. The location was excellent. we were able to walk to everything. It was a busy weekend and having parking directly under us was awesome.

Overall good time

We had a nice family weekend getaway to round out summer. The place was in a great location. You can hear the crashing of the waves all day and night and see beautiful sunsets. The only con was that it could use some updating. One of the couches is broken and all of the furniture looks worn and dingy. For the amount we paid, I would expect then to keep the place up a little better. Other than that, we had a nice time.

Weekend getaway

The place was exactly as it was advertised even better. Super clean and comfortable. The bedrooms very comfortable and the kitchen fully loaded. The view incredible. The most important the service was first class. Anytime we call they answered right away. The small fire pit wasn’t working it was replaced right away. We had a great time and for sure will come back and will recommend to friends. Thank you.

Found our annual beach house

I feel like a lot of the time a rental isn’t quite as spacious as the pictures make it look, in this instance it was so much more spacious than we expected. It was so perfect, fit our family perfectly, perfect location, loved the beach between the rental and the pier, not too bad of a walk to find a nice sandy spot to set up for the day. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be coming back! The assistance line was also super helpful when i couldn’t find where to access the garage for the property, didn’t realize the street wrapped around the front.

Amazing getaway

The view from the living room was amazing. My family and I enjoyed just listening to the waves and looking out from the balcony. Management was nice enough to get in touch to see if everything was in working condition, if not they made sure to address the issue as quickly as they can. The only unfortunate thing was that construction was being done to the building next to us and so it made it difficult to drive out of the parking garage due to being blocked off by the workers. It took about 10 minutes or longer (each way) of waiting in the car to get out and get back in the parking area. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.

Beautiful view but…

The first night we were there my 14-year-old nephew found a bottle of Narcan next to the hot tub (the lock on they gate to the complex was broken). The second night when our family returned from dinner the front door was wide open. The third night we returned from dinner to find my husband’s new laptop and backpack (with Bose air pods) and my BIL’s new work phone gone. The WiFi worked one of the 5 days we were there and the floors were FILTHY when we arrived. Everything else in the online listing stated was true.

WE HAD 7 ADULTS & 5 CHILDREN EVERYONE HAD A PLACE TO SLEEP THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING. THE ONLY CONCERN WAS THE ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK THE BEACHFRONT CREW WAS THERE WITH ICE TRAYS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES BUT ALAS NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP TO FIX IT BUT THIS WAS NOTHING THAT A 99 CENT BAG OF ICE DID NOT FIX PLUS DID NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE EXPERIENCE AT ALL...WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE BACK...THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO WONDERFUL

Nice condo but had a few issues

The condo itself was nice but it was very difficult to make plans or keep in touch with family members since neither Verizon or AT& T cell phones work in the building. It was really annoying to have to stand out in the street to make a phone call. Also, our internet didnt work for the first 4 days and the last 3 worked on and off. The land line didnt work either. The dryer sounded like it was going to explode when you used it. Glad it didnt blow up since we'd never be able to call the fire department without a phone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a excellent location for restaurants.Nice area for walking next to ocean, also walking through a nice town and shops. They have a nice farmers market near by.The one bedroom did not have a closet. It also didn’t have a dresser to put your clothes in.Unfortunately the house next door (not our complex) did not observed the 10:00pm curfew. After two nights of it I called management about it. They said they would check it out. But that night the people were up parting till 2:00am.Called again to report. That night they were quite by 10:30pm.
