The layout is simple: 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, the kitchen, and a cozy living area are all on the main level. The basement level includes a bedroom suite with a second living space, laundry room access, a large mud room, and a second full bathroom.

The open living room and kitchen create a natural hangout zone for cooking together, playing games, or arguing (lovingly) about which season in Vermont is superior. Spoiler: they’re all great.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for real meals, from a crockpot for post-ski chili to the dual coffee maker for early starts.

A large side deck off the kitchen offers space to unwind outdoors. You can feel outdoorsy here, even if your version of outdoorsy is sipping wine on the deck.

The location is unmatched: right on scenic Route 100, just 12 minutes to Killington’s Skyeship gondola lot, and 11 minutes to Okemo ski resorts. A rare spot where you don’t have to choose between two iconic mountains. Perfect for Ikon and Epic pass holders. Pico (23 min), Saskadena Six (34), Magic (40), Bromley (42), and Stratton (50) are within driving distance, giving your group additional options.
