So, to get things off to an amazing start under new management and to provide a darn good deal for our guests, we are offering the following discounts: (1) a Weekly Discount of 10% for reservations of 7 or more nights, (2) an Early-Bird Discount of 10% for reservations booked 90 or more days prior to the arrival date, and (3) a Last-Minute Discount of 10% for reservations booked 28 or fewer days prior to the arrival date.

Casa Emilia is a fabulous condo in the Los Veneros Resort, which is an amazing beachfront resort located on the Bay of Banderas in the Mexican Riviera where guests staying at the resort have full access to the best beach in Mexico at Playa Destilideras with 3 miles of glistening white sand, comfortable water temperatures and surf conditions ideal for swimming and surfing.

Casa Emilia is a very desirable ground-floor condo in the Bugambilia Building (unit# 102) where it is perfectly situated close to the beach and two of the resort’s large swimming pools. In addition, the resort’s gym facilities, restaurant, convenience store and business offices are all conveniently located in the Bugambilia Building.

The scene from the terrace of Casa Emilia is also an unforgettable treat where guests can view the Los Veneros beach and the Sierra Madre mountain range (across the bay) through a corridor of manicured green grass and lush gardens that discreetly incorporate spaces for two of the resort’s large swimming pools and a cool beach bar nestled in the sand on the beach.

Casa Emilia has 2,324sf of fully air-conditioned interior space that includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a dining area and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. In addition, Casa Emilia has a furnished outdoor terrace area with a second dining area, a gas BBQ grill and a private infinitive-edge pool that is perfect for a quick dip or spontaneous fun with the family. Guest bedroom #1 (primary master bedroom) has a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Guest bedroom #2 has two queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower. Guest bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a full bathroom with a shower. In addition, Casa Emilia has high-end furnishings, luxury bedding and linens, as well as many other amenities such as bath robes, L'Occitane soaps and lotions, lighted make-up mirrors, fiber-optic high-speed internet, 4 HDTV's with live TV streaming, and a Sonus audio system. The owner of Casa Emilia also owns a 40' Fjord yacht, named La Barca, that guests staying at Los Veneros and the surrounding Punta Mita area can charter for day trips, sunset cruises and whale watching. Details about chartering La Barca are provided below in a separate section.

1. Daily housekeeping by our housekeeper. Strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols are followed at all times.

2. Daily breakfast, lunch and snack preparation by our housekeeper/cook. Dinner service inside Casa Emilia provided by a cook or a gourmet chef is also available upon request, but that service is subject to an extra charge. The cost of all food, beverages and grocery delivery fees purchased for the guest are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid prior to check-out.

3. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, top-of-the-line stainless steel Wolf range and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also has small appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, linens, etc.

4. Thermostat-controlled air conditioning in all rooms.

5. Wireless high speed fiber optic internet service.

6. Four HDTV's located in the living room and each of the three bedrooms. SKY-HD streaming service is complimentary and provides access to live TV and movie channels.

The large private swimming pool located just a few steps from Casa Emilia is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the Bugambilia Building (where Casa Emilia is located), and the large swimming pool located only a few steps from the beach is reserved exclusively for all guests staying at the Los Veneros Resort.

Yacht Trips

The owner of Casa Emilia also owns a meticulously maintained and stunning 40' Fjord yacht, named La Barca, which was built in Germany and is now docked at the marina in La Cruz, which is approximately a 10 minute drive from the Los Veneros Resort. The attached photos of this limited production watercraft show the amazing level of detail, engineering and beauty that has made Fjord one of the finest yachts in the world. La Barca is available for charter to friends and guests staying in the Los Veneros and Punta Mita areas. It is a perfect watercraft for day trips to the Las Marieta Islands, Los Arcos Islands, Yelapa and the many beach resorts and restaurants located on the south side of the bay. It's also perfect for activities such as whale watching during the months of December through March, swimming and snorkeling at the Los Arcos Islands, viewing old town Vallarta and for visiting the many interesting sites along the Bay of Banderas coastline, which include secluded beaches, eating and drinking the local cuisine in restaurants off the beaten path, or simply enjoying a relaxing cocktail cruise at sunset. My favorite spots for dining when traveling on La Barca are the Ocean Grill located on the south-side of the bay or the Vallarta Marina where you can dock alongside many other beautiful yachts and have a fantastic lunch or dinner at Casa Prime, which is an outstanding Mexican-inspired steakhouse. Your time aboard La Barca will be amazing and a great way for you and your family and friends to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Bay of Banderas and the Mexican Riviera from an entirely different perspective.

You will also love the first class ambience and the open layout of La Barca where there's plenty of room to move about and socialize with everyone on board. Our full-time Captain and our deckhand/bartender will take care of you in style and make sure you always feel safe and comfortable. All you need to do is climb aboard and we'll do the rest.

While basic provisions such as ice, bottled water, sodas and beer are included with the rental of La Barca, there is an additional charge for special provisioning selected from a catering menu that includes gourmet appetizers, classic wines and top-shelf liquor, all of which will be delivered to La Barca by the yacht's concierge prior to your departure. Or, if you prefer to BYOB, that too is fine.....simply bring your own white wine or clear colored liquors on board.

Also, as an option for guests preferring to board La Barca at locations other than the La Cruz marina where La Barca is docked, we offer optional pick-up and drop-off service at other locations such as the Sufi Pier in Punta Mita, the Vallarta Marina, the marina in Nuevo Vallarta, and the Los Muertos Pier in Old Town Vallarta.

Maximum occupancy on the yacht is limited to 12 people including the Captain and deckhand. While on board, the decks of La Barca are "bare feet" only and red wine, colored liquor and sodas, smoking and fishing are not permitted.
