Grace Cottage is the perfect family vacation home for memorable stays in Kingsland! This adorable cottage comes equipped with all the amenities you may need for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway.

Relax on the spacious, screened-in porch while enjoying your morning coffee, and make use of the gas grill and the picnic table during warm-weather cookouts. The backyard, filled with live oaks, is quite large and slopes gently down to the water's edge. Children will love feeding the ducks and wading in the shallow area next to the boat launch (the cove's public access boat launch is conveniently located right next to Grace Cottage). Granite obstacles are clearly marked and the property includes a convenient bulkhead with cleats to moor your boat and a double jet ski ramp.

Once you visit Grace Cottage, you'll want to return again and again!

Full kitchen
Paddle Boat and/or Water Toys are not offered at this home.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Wonderful Stay

The area is so peaceful and relaxing. The screened in porch was the biggest plus for us. We spent a lot of time there. Everything was pleasant about our accommodations. We couldn't have asked for better weather either!

Cozy Home with Great Fishing!

We enjoyed our visit at this great little property. It was comfortable for our family of 4. The paddle boat was a lot of fun and there are some monster catfish to catch right off the bank in the backyard! Thank you for opening your home yo us. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing getaway

Overall the stay at the Grace Cottage was pleasant. Checking in and instructions to the property were accurate. The location was quite even though surrounded by other homes. Everything was provided which we loved, even basic condiments. I highly recommend this property.

Weekend Stay

We arrived late on Friday evening and were greeted by this adorable home. It was cutely decorated with a nice layout. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the screened back porch listening to the night sounds. This home is in a quiet area. The view down by the water was also peaceful and my husband enjoyed the fishing.

Lovely property for a girls' getaway!

Three of my friends and I met at Lake LBJ for the perfect girls weekend! The property was quiet and felt secluded even though it was convenient to the lake. The house was cozy, the back porch perfect for wine and gab, and we loved having access to a kayak and SUP for toodling around. Inks Lake was close enough for a quick afternoon hike. We will definitely be back!
