This was a lovely, well appointed home in a quiet residential community. The furnishings were very comfortable, with fresh stylish decor, super comfy beds!!!The pool was nice and the hot tub was a great place to watch the sunrise. However it boarders a busy road so you will notice road noise. The pool is cleaned every Tuesday. We got there Monday night and it was full of leaves but was sparkly clean by 11 am the next day.An important note if you are staying in the master suite with a companion, there is only a drapery separating the bedroom and bathroom and there is no door to water closet. This could be a little awkward if you value privacy.The kitchen is very well stocked but be aware there are no food items... not even salt and pepper, or cooking spray, so you will need to bring everything. The only items provided in the house are coffee pods, hand soap, a bottle of dish soap, dishwasher and clothes washer pods.I would stay here again just for the comfy bed! The location is very convenient. Would be a great place to stay with kids.Communication with the property manager was quick and easy, any questions or issues were quickly addressed. Air conditioning worked like a dream!

A/C did not work the entire time there. We were moved to another property because of this. Eventually moved back to the original property and told the a/c was fixed. Come to find out it was STILL broken. Host would not answer the phone. We ended up having to pay for a hotel because it was 99 degrees inside the house. Home owners only refunded me for 1 night when I asked for my entire refund and also hotel expenses. Worst experience ever.

We are so sorry that the AC went out during your stay. We did our best to find another accommodation for you with AC, while still allowing you to come and go to use the pool, while we had the AC repaired. We did miss some communication about the AC, while our caretaker was evacuating due to wildfires, we hope the refund the last night stay helped. We are happy to report that the AC has been completely repaired, and the pool is enjoyable! Perhaps you will change your mind and stay with us again in the future. Have a great day.
