Whether you're here for beach days, lobster dinners, or quiet coastal mornings, this home offers the perfect place to gather and unwind.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. There is an owners closet, and a utility room in the basement which both remain locked during your stay.

Self check-in is available via keypad, with your unique code provided prior to arrival.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles (or 2 \+ boat trailer).

Other things to note
No pets.

No smoking, vaping, 420, drug use on property.

No parties or events allowed.

Quiet hours 10PM-7AM. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Sound travels here in this quiet spot and we know our neighbors.

One week stays Fathers Day through Labor Day. Sat-Sat preferred. 3 or 4 night minimum shoulder season.

Check in is from 4pm and check out at 10am.

Self check-in is available via keypad, with your unique code provided prior to arrival.

Guests are responsible for trash removal. In rural Maine there is no municipal trash service. A trip to the dump is Maine's great social equalizer! Most guests find they make a quick 5 min dump run midweek and then drop their final trash bags as they head off the peninsula passing the transfer station.
