NO illegal drugs. Zero tolerance towards marijuana.
-If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND.


2) PARKING DETAILS:
-PAID Gated Parking available @ $5/day per automobile. Photo of vehicle and license plate required. Towing enforced.
-Parking is located in the back of the building, gated. Please DO NOT block the driveway to avoid being towed.
-Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs)

3) The unit is located on the FIRST-FLOOR.

5) The washer and dryer are coin-operated / app-operated machines shared by all tenants in the apartment complex. Please bring your own laundry detergent for personal use.

6) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
