The villa "Maria Luisa" boasts an excellent location close to the beach in Playa Blanca.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A baby cot is also provided.
The villa includes a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The outdoor area is well-equipped for sunbathing and dining in the shade.
The distance from the property to the beach of Playas de Papagayo is 5 km. It takes 10 min to get to the seaside promenade (Paseo Maritimo).
Free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed (for a fee).
Parties are not allowed.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
Extra cleaning services can be provided upon request during longer stays (for a fee).
