This is my first booking with Vrbo it was great! Unit was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a few mix ups with parking and ran out of few cleaning essentials and the host responded fast someone delivered the items within minutes. I was staying for medical treatment (2weeks) and needed to extend a day and David and his team were very understanding and flexible. Location was close to all the main attractions (Beverly Hills/Rodeo are 5-10 min; Hollywood Blvd less than 20min; Universal Studios/WB studio tour roughly 30min) we would stay here again!

real neighborhood feel, right near Pico and Robertson one block from Beverly Hills, really like that there’s parking. Very safe neighborhood. 10/10 great hosts

This property looks a lot different than the photos. The building is not in great condition and every view out the balcony was a dirty parking lot with trash. We felt safe but not a great location. There is parking but not secure. Inside the house is a hit and miss also. Beds were fairly comfy but not two queen beds one is a double bed. Bathrooms are very dated and shower doors did not slide due to being so old and rusted. The furniture was okay but the front room rug had many stains. Kitchen was adequate but utensils, plates, pans very old. Kuerig coffee pot but no pods provided and we didn’t bring our own. There is a smell in the house just due to being old. The place was clean. Towels are thin and worn. Plenty of pillows and bedding was ok. The WiFi info and TV was incorrect and had to contact host. Heard back promptly about the WiFi and eventually figured out the TV. If a few things were improved this would have been a better experience but I would not stay again due to location and overall condition of the rental. I felt that we paid quite a bit of money and it did not match the quality or location of the property.
