Stylish 2 Bedroom Home in Santa Monica

A stylish and Modern home perfect for business or pleasure in the heart of sunny Santa Monica.

Centrally located in Mid City Santa Monica, this newly remodeled home is close to beaches, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and world famous shopping.

I highly recommend walking up the street to award winning Fia Steak for a luxury patio dinner, sip Happy Hour cocktails at Jonah's, enjoy brunch at Milo and Olive and stop into Erewhon for an Organic Smoothie and snack.

This remolded home features two bedrooms with smart TV's and two luxury spa inspired bathrooms with rain showers and custom tile.

The open floorplan is perfect to enjoy time with family or friends while cooking and relaxing in the stylish living space. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are both located less than a half mile to stock up on all the essentials.

Traveling around the city is a breeze with plenty of parking at the property. The house features a private attached garage and a driveway that accommodates two cars. Conveniently located in the garage is a brand new washer and dryer.

Everything was great except for the construction project that was gong on behind the property. Construction workers arrived at 6:30am on Saturday and were quite noisy most of the day. They used the driveway on for deliveries on both Sat & Monday. Other than that - all was great.

Nice, newly redone property in Santa Monica! Comfy beds, living area and outdoor courtyard; big TVs, great showers. Around the corner from a huge CVS where you can get some groceries, and a Starbucks. This place is a good choice!

Excellent rental - Congested Area

Super clean, modern, well equipped. This house had everything we needed. Right close to everything. Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, etc. Tight parking for our large vehicle, but the property does have garage which was nice. We didn’t try it. Has a super relaxing back courtyard that is shared with another unit. Renee there comes and goes quietly. Plus they are building on something else. Hustle and bustle outside, but Inside this unit is super relaxing and worked perfectly for us to rest up after visiting UCLA medical center. Montana ave up the road has amazing gluten free food at modern bread. Roris Ice cream shop was great, also an gf cone. And we enjoyed breakfast at Uppers multiple times. Plus 15 min drive to the pier and beach.

Great place in Santa Monica!!

So clean so amazing. CVS is almost next door. Erewhon is a few blocks away. The pier is a bit of a mile. We loved the location, the layout, and the communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Immaculately clean and well-appointed!

This place is great! The host, Brandon, got in touch the morning of our visit to give us the check-in instructions and was very clear and concise. The house is incredibly clean and stylish. Lots of dishes, towels, shampoo and soap. Beds were clean and comfortable. The house is located near a fairly busy intersection, but it wasn't too noisy as the windows are new. CVS is literally steps away and is open 24hrs so that is handy. 10/10!

Brand new and super convenient

The property is renovated like new. It’s convenient and there’s a great coffee shop around the corner. Highly recommended for a trip to Santa Monica.

Comfortable quaint cottage
