For shared use: swimming pool (depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, grocery 150 m, supermarket 350 m, shopping centre, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station 4 km, sandy beach "Plage Nord" 150 m, thermal baths "Thalazur les Bains de Camargue" 4 km. Sports harbour 50 m, marina 50 m, tennis 1 km, minigolf 400 m, riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: Seaquarium 7 km, Casino Flamingo 8 km, Aigues-Mortes 10 km, La Grande-Motte 13 km, Montpellier 32 km, Nîmes 52 km. Hiking paths: Réserve Naturelle de Camargue.
1-room studio 20 m2 on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV and electric heating. Kitchenette (4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Small balcony 4 m2. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Très bonne location en générale, proche de tout (commerces, kiné, médecin, activités, restaurants, plage) avec piscine Studio spacieux, grande salle de bain avec baignoire, on peut manger à deux sur le balcon Bonne literie, grand frigo Par contre revoir le ménage à l'arrivée car laisse à désirer entre poussière et cheveux Revoir la clim car n'a pas marché pendant le séjour et les ventilateurs brassaient de l'air chaud Ajouter passoire et spatule en bois pour la cuisine et des prises coté cuisine

Nous vous informons que nous travaillerons avec une nouvelle équipe de ménage à partir de la prochaine saison afin d'assurer la meilleure qualité de service possible. Nous vous informons également que vous pouvez demander une seconde intervention de nos agents d'entretien dans le cas où la propreté du logement n'est pas à la hauteur de vos attentes. Enfin, nous travaillons activement à réparer la climatisation dans les plus brefs délais. Nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée mais sommes heureux de constater que vous avez passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble ; nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l'une de nos locations.
