I chose Stratford Estates because it offers a quiet, residential setting while still being conveniently connected to the Kansas City metro. The neighborhood is known for its mature trees, established homes, and family-friendly atmosphere.

One of my favorite things about the area is how peaceful it feels after a busy day, while still being within a short drive of downtown Kansas City, the Plaza, Westport, Lee's Summit, Overland Park, major hospitals, and the stadium district.
