Welcome to the Villa auf der Düne

Located right on the beach promenade, in the heart of Ahlbeck, is this beautiful villa with 9 different apartments. The modernly furnished 1- and 2-room apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. Thanks to their floor-to-ceiling windows, the upper apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.
There is a washing machine in the building that you can use for a fee.
You can store your bicycles in the lockable basement.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available for the apartments. You’re welcome to use the public parking lots or travel by train. If you’re arriving without a car, we’d be happy to arrange a taxi to pick you up at the train station with the keys (for a fee).

This vacation rental offers keyless entry via a smart door lock. This means you can head straight to the accommodation on your arrival day without any detours. The same applies on your departure day, when you won’t need to return the keys to our office and can leave immediately. Simply contact us about this after making your reservation.

There is a restaurant located right next door to the villa.

In this spacious 54-square-meter ground-floor vacation apartment with a terrace, you’ll find the perfect place to stay for your vacation on this sunny island—accommodating up to 3 adults and 1 toddler in a travel crib.
The bright apartment features a spacious living/dining area with access to the terrace, where you can comfortably watch the bustling activity on the promenade. The third guest can sleep on the sofa bed. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator.
You can enjoy restful nights in the separate bedroom with a double bed and a south-facing balcony.
The natural-light-filled bathroom features a bathtub and shower, as well as two sinks and a bidet.
