In the morning, grab your beach bag and visit the nearby sandy beach in the north of the peninsula on foot. Dive into the crystal clear waters of the Great Belt and let the waves move you back and forth. Play in the sand with your kids or fly kites. Also explore the peninsula on foot or by bike. Excursion destinations include Trelleborg near Slagelse and the gardens of Birkegården, a large park with animals and a play park.
