Beautiful, cosy, comfortable single-family house "La Sal". In the resort 3 km from the centre of Moraira, on the outskirts, 9 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet position, 750 m from the sea, 2.6 km from the beach. Private: property 854 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Playa l'Ampolla" 2.9 km. Nearby attractions: Parque atracciones Terra Mítica 35 km, Parque acuático Aqualandia 25 km. Hiking paths: Parque natural Peñon de Ifach 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 75 km from the property.
