“Zweite Heimat” stands on a lot of approximately 600 square meters and spans two floors. Not only is it furnished in a modern and inviting style, but it also features mosquito screens on all windows.
The spacious combined living and dining area leads directly to the south/west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy Usedom’s sunny hours.
On cold days, you can warm up in the sauna.
There’s a washer-dryer for washing items such as beach towels. This is a combination unit that can both wash and dry.
Bring your own bicycles or take advantage of our offers from Usedomrad, the largest bike rental provider on Usedom. You can securely store them in the lockable garden shed (3x3m) located on the property. Bicycle racks are also available right outside the door.
There are two private parking spaces on the property.

You’ll be surrounded by an expansive nature reserve home to many animal and plant species, where you’ll find both peace and relaxation as well as plenty of recreational activities for the whole family.
The fishing village of Kamminke, with its small harbor, swimming beach, and recreational and cultural offerings, is located about 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St. Mary’s Church, and the Ostseetherme can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region thanks to its many sights and numerous lakes.
The small Usedom Airport is located near the vacation village. During the season, one vacation flight per day departs from here to North Rhine-Westphalia, Stuttgart, and Switzerland. You can book scenic flights around the island aboard the “Antonov,” the world’s largest single-engine aircraft.
