Our cozy vacation apartments are located in a prime spot in an apartment building on the ridge of the "Schroffen" in Bad Reichenhall. In fact, they’re just a stone’s throw away from the famous Predigtstuhl aerial cableway. According to Google Maps, it’s 1.4 km (
) or an 18-minute walk from the vacation apartments to the Old Town Hall. The distance to Café Reber in the heart of the pedestrian zone is 1.5 km or a 20-minute walk. It takes just a quarter of an hour to drive to Salzburg.
Because of its mild climate, Bad Reichenhall is often called the “Merano of the North.” The Berchtesgaden Alps are perfect for hiking, mountaineering, and skiing. In the summer, the beautiful Thumsee lake is ideal for swimming. And Salzburg, the city of Mozart, with its countless sights, is always worth a visit.

Our special highlight is the heated swimming pool! It features a panoramic window with a view of the Predigtstuhl.

The cozy and comfortable vacation apartment is approximately 42 m². From the front door, you enter a small hallway with the bathroom on the left and the kitchen on the right.
Straight ahead is the living room with a cozy, modern dining area and a sleeper sofa (e.g., for children). The bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding curtains. The left passageway leads to the left side of the bed and the closet. The right passageway leads to the right side of the bed and a small vanity or desk by the window.
The living room features a modern TV with an Amazon TV Stick and a DVD player. The DVD player is located below the TV. The cozy couch can be pulled out to form a double bed (140×190). The living room opens onto the large balcony, which is furnished with two comfortable garden chairs and a table. In the corner is a clothes rack for wet swimwear.
The dining area can be lit very brightly or with a cozy, dim glow (via Alexa) using a hanging wicker lamp and a salt lamp, depending on your needs. This makes it a great spot to enjoy a meal, play board games, or plan outings.
The bedroom features a double bed with a mattress topper (200 cm x 200 cm). Of course, there are two nightstands and reading lamps. By the window is a vanity table for writing, doing your hair, or applying makeup (large mirror included). A wicker armchair invites you to read. On the other side of the bed is the spacious wardrobe. You can check your outfit in the large mirror. There’s also room for your suitcases in the closet.
