The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 21 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open from mid of May to mid of September), a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
This vacation rental is conveniently located 2 km from Martignana and 30 km away from the Firenze Scandicci exit of the A1 motorway. Vinci, the birthplace of the artist Leonardo, is located only 30 min away by car.
6 parking spaces are available on the property.
One pet is allowed. An extra camp bed can be provided for an extra fee.
