Hi! We are Paul and Ashley, aka The Cozy Couple! We're the husband and wife team behind Cozy Cohost LLC, a full service Short Term Rental Operations Company based in Atlantic City, New Jersey. We are former New Yorker's that fell in love with AC so much that we purchased a vacation property to enjoy ourselves, as well as share with others. We then realized how hard it was to manage our property from afar and how much we missed AC when we weren't there, so we decided to move to AC and start our business! Now we are hired to help other owners with hosting and operating their properties, and since we live in Atlantic City, we are able to provide our guests with the utmost timely communication and unparalleled service to ensure a wonderful stay! Real estate and hospitality are our livelihood, and every one of our properties and all of our guests are very important to us.
