The Brick House Georgetown

Welcome to The Brick House in downtown Historic Georgetown SC. This vintage home sits on a wonderful city lot and has many charming features! The exterior has classic brick on much of the home and take note of the wonderful window on the right side!

Upon entering the front door, you will find a nice entry for greeting guests. This leads into a gracious living room that has a ceiling of custom millwork. A dining room is located off the living room. The south side of the home has three bedrooms, one that is paneled in knotty pine, and a full bath. The kitchen is a very workable galley style with plenty of counter space and plenty of workspace. A nice coffee bar has been created as a focal of the kitchen that also creates a serving area between the kitchen and the dining room.

From the kitchen you step down one step into a large den that offers a poker table and arcade games for the guests to enjoy with another full bath with laundry, and a wonderful back porch with a vaulted ceiling! All season windows keep this porch area usable year-round and is the heart of the home! Outside of this room you will find a lovely courtyard to create and evoke the feeling of a "Charleston" style garden. The home does have a carport with plenty of off-street parking.
