Tucked into the ponderosa pines just below Terry Peak, this almost A-frame cabin is built for groups who want the slopes, the trails, and Deadwood all within reach. High two-story windows fill the great room with light and forest views. Four bedrooms and five beds sleep up to 10 comfortably.

Soak in the hot tub surrounded by trees after a day on the mountain. Open kitchen, easy access to skiing, ATV trails, and historic Lead. The cabin that does it all in the northern Hills.

The great room combines the living area, dining, and kitchen in one open, light-filled space. Leather seating and a recliner face the windows, a long bar-height table seats the group, and the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of glassware and dishes. The whole space opens onto the back deck with outdoor seating and a grill.
The main level has two bedrooms. One has a queen bed, the other has a king size bed, and a full bathroom serves this floor.
Upstairs, there`s a queen bed behind a wood partition, a queen sleeping area tucked under the vaulted ceiling, and a full bed, and a seating area with room to relax in the loft area. A second bathroom is on this level. Altogether the cabin sleeps up to 10, with five beds: one king, three queens, and a full.

The Outdoors
The hot tub sits just off the cabin tucked next to the garage to give some privacy while still being surrounded by tall pines with open forest beyond. It`s the kind of spot where you lose track of time after a day on the mountain. The wraparound deck has outdoor dining and a grill, and the wooded lot gives a beatuiful forest mountain feel.

The Location
You`re near Terry Peak, the best downhill skiing in the Black Hills. Lead and Deadwood are a short drive for dining, gaming, and history. You are across the street from some amazing snowmobiling, ATV and hiking trails.

Pet Policy
Owner is allergic to pets, no pets allowed please.

Things to Know
This home accommodates up to 12 guests, and is most comfortable for around 10. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, five beds. The garage is not available for guest use at this time. The hot tub is maintained professionally and ready for your stay.

you will have access to the entire house. No access to the garage at this time.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner.

Smoking:
No Smoking or aerosolized substance of any kind is allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 50` of the structure a minimum of $250 fine will be charged and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges.

Pets:
*No pets please*

Quiet Hours:
Please be respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 10pm and before 8am.

General Damages:
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety:
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other:
The space you are booking is for up to 12 people. More than ten people are allowed in the home but not recommended.
No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

Consumables:
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties:
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately.

Crime and Drugs:
If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.

Cleaning:
Please hang your towels, take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else. We handle it however if your party leaves the property in poor condition at the sole discretion of JAckie we may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property.

Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else such as coloring on walls, damage to the property, damaged linens, furniture, gouges in flooring, broken items, or other extraneous items.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.
