This new (April 2021) Frisian-style house for 7–8 people is located right on the shore of Großer Wariner See and offers everything your heart desires.
On the first floor, you’ll find the first bedroom with a box-spring bed (full-length topper, 180x200), a dresser, and a closet, as well as direct access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. In the spacious living area with an open kitchen, the cozy wood-burning stove and romantic lake view invite you to relax on the sofa. An additional person can sleep here. On rainy days, the Smart TV, the Wii with games, and several board games provide entertainment. The large dining table seats 8 people, and of course, a high chair and a travel crib with a mattress for the little ones are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, hand blender, waffle iron/sandwich maker, and a Nicer Dicer.
The utility room houses a washer-dryer, an ironing board with an iron, a clothes drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner.
On the upper floor, there is a second shower room with a low-entry shower, a hair dryer, and a children’s stool. The second bedroom is furnished with box-spring beds (90 and 180x200), which can be arranged together or separately; there is also an armchair and a built-in closet. The third bedroom features a box-spring bed (90x200) for one person, a desk, a dresser, and a closet, as well as a box-spring bed for two people (140x200 cm).
The fully fenced-in garden features a barrel sauna with an outdoor shower, a fire pit, a covered 3x3m terrace, and a second 3x7m terrace with a parasol, seating for 8 people, and a Weber kettle grill. In addition, a beach chair will be available starting in 2022. Here you’ll also find the rowboat (two-seater “sit-on-top” kayak; use at your own risk, no warranty), which you can use to explore the lake. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
A small to medium-sized dog may be brought along upon request for a fee. Youth groups and party guests are not welcome here.
Upon request, firewood for the fireplace can be provided on-site for a fee.
The neighboring houses are called “AlleenHuus,” “Ruth,” and “Storchennest,” should you need more space.
All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens; on the first floor, the living area has pleated blinds, the bedroom has blackout pleated blinds, and the two upper bedrooms have blackout curtains. The house has tile flooring with underfloor heating on the first floor and eco-friendly vinyl flooring on the upper floor.
