This 80 m² non-smoking house on Großer Wariner See accommodates 8 guests (6 adults, 2 children, 1 baby). Perfect for families, friends, or couples. Three bedrooms ensure restful nights:

- Ground floor: double bed, extra room with care and bunk bed

- Upper floor: double bed and large children's bed, a baby cot, a travel cot

The house offers step-free access, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and a WC upstairs.



The living room with open kitchen is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen includes a raised oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and air fryer. The dining table seats up to 8–12 people.



Families will find everything needed: high chair, baby bathtub with changing attachment, changing mat, board games, toys, children's bikes, and balance bike. Wi-Fi is available, and a washing machine can be used by arrangement for an extra charge.



Enjoy lake views from the terrace. The charcoal grill can be used with stainless steel plates and must be cleaned afterwards. Parking is directly at the house, and check-in is contactless.



The beach at Großer Wariner See is just a 5–6 minute walk (600 m, car-free zone). Lifeguards are present in summer. Shops, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants are within walking distance. Schwerin, Wismar, Kühlungsborn, and Rostock are popular nearby destinations.



Charging electric cars is not allowed. Charging e-bike batteries is permitted. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are not provided. Heating is exclusively via air conditioning. If the final cleaning exceeds the already charged fee, the difference will be billed after departure.
