The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, 40` TCL Roku TV, closet, blinds, room-darkening shades, and a dedicated workspace. This room shares the second bathroom and is ideal for guests who need both comfort and a quiet spot to catch up on work.

The third bedroom features a bunk bed with one double bed and one twin bed, plus a 40` TCL Roku TV, closet, blinds, and room-darkening shades. It’s a cozy, flexible setup that works beautifully for kids, siblings, or extra guests.

This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.**

*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.
