Spend your days soaking in Fairmont`s famous hot springs, hitting the golf course, exploring nearby trails, or carving turns at the ski hill. Back at camp, gather around the fire pit, fire up the BBQ, and swap stories under a sky full of stars. With 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, and plenty of green space, all 10 explorers can comfortably unpack, unwind and reconnect.

Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

NOISE MONITOR
The home has a NoiseAware monitoring device in the main living room, which monitors decibel levels to ensure quiet times are respected. Please note that this device does not record audio.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. No parties or events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed 10 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Sorry, no pets are permitted on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

7. Please note that garbage removal is not included at this property, and garbage will need to be taken to the nearest refuse station upon check-out to avoid a $50 removal fee.
