We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not live up to your expectations, and you encountered some issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. It is very important that your host is contacted immediately upon arrival, if you felt the cleanliness is not up to standard. This enables them to check the situation straight away. The house is cleaned thoroughly before all new guests, without exception, and they can call the cleaning team back if necessary. We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with the electricity, which appears to be an isolated incident not encountered by other guests before or after you. It is advised to avoid simultaneously connecting multiple large appliances such as the washing machine, air-conditioning and cooker, as this may result in an electrical surge, triggering a safety precaution that shuts off the power. Resetting this is a simple and quick process. There is roadside parking available at this property. As with all public parking, it is on a first-come, first-served basis, and so it may be that you have to park slightly further away from the property. Your host, is always available to help, using their local knowledge to find you an alternative space, which they did upon your arrival.
