良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The house was very clean, felt freshly painted. The location was perfect for beach access. We had 3 people so space was excellent. The house is very comfortable and love the closeness to the beach! But there are some things that were not up to par. There isn’t much “lawn” which is fine but what was there needed tending, grass was long. The back patio area needs attention, there was an empty beer can and an old mop head laying around. There were no dishwasher pods, no dish soap in kitchen and no hand soap in second bath. We ran out of paper towels and had to purchase toilet paper. The outside trash cans were very full and there were no instructions on trash pickup or trash can placement. There is no ice-maker or ice trays for the fridge. We encountered some roaches in the house, I know that is common in Florida but it was not a welcome sight. Some of the light bulbs in the entry and living room were burnt out and others were flicking. For safety concerns the front step and front entry porch rail is loose. These are items that I feel need attention. All in all we enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was very quiet and people were friendly. Thanks
