Bring the whole family and enjoy a spacious home designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable memories. Relax by the heated in ground private pool, watch movies under the stars on the outdoor cinema screen, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy friendly competition in the game room. Conveniently located near Cedar Point, downtown Amherst restaurants and shops, Sandusky, Lake Erie, and Oberlin College. Perfect for family vacations, reunions, extended stays, and group getaways. Our pool is surrounded by beautiful mature trees, which helps create a private and relaxing setting. Because of the natural environment, leaves, pollen, and other debris may occasionally fall into the pool between cleanings. A pool skimmer is provided for guest use if needed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain the pool throughout the season.

Guests can enjoy a heated in ground private pool, outdoor movie screen, fire pit, game room, and large outdoor gathering spaces. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, reunion, business trip, or extended stay, the home provides everything needed for a comfortable and memorable visit.


* Fully fenced backyard featuring a seating area, fire pit, cornhole, in ground pool, and more for relaxing evenings, outdoor fun, and spending quality time with family and friends.
* Comfortable sleeping arrangements for groups, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 6 twin beds, and a pull-out futon in master room.
* Cozy living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a long day
* Kitchen & dining area stocked with essentials for cooking and gathering
* Finished basement/game area—great for entertainment, movie nights, or group hangouts.
* The pool is open seasonally from May 1st through October 31st. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool during their stay while it is open for the season.
