A-Frame Cabin -The Get Away #1

Relax to the sound of the creek in the two Adirondack chairs in the back yard overlooking the creek. Looking for a fire? The front of the cabin has a firepit and two more Adirondack chairs to lounge and watch the crackle of the fire. Over the fire pit there is a swing grate and griddle for cooking over an open flame. The touches of houseplants and annual color splashes make this cabin come to life. This A-frame has a full bathroom with tiled standup shower, retro studio fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; queen sized bed; full-sized sleeper sofa; recliner; Roku TV; and dining area. This cabin has a mini-split unit for heating and cooling. Linens, coffee, and kitchenware provided with each stay.

The Get Away cabin is just a short walk down to our stocked fishing pond where we have channel catfish, largemouth bass, bluegill, and sunfish. There is a $10 fee and is catch and release. The creek can be fished but with a WV state fishing license.

We also have firewood on site

I had been looking for property for a year or so with water features. And this property nailed it! A three-acre pond, a creek, and a river. It is so peaceful here. My hope is that this property gives my guests peace like it has given me.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This property is unique with the confluence of the creek and river. There are two spots in the river that you can wade in and cool off in the summer. You can fish in the river (must have a WV fishing license) and catch dinner. Not to mention the large catch and release pay pond (no license required).
