La Almazara: Cosy semi-detached house "Residencial Bellavista". 2 km from the centre of Jalón/Xaló, 9 km from the centre of Benissa, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 16 km from the sea, 16 km from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "de Calpe" 16 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Terra Mítica, Mundomar, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Fonts de l'Algar (Callosa d'en Sarriá).
4-room granny flat 122 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
