The exclusive apartment room with extendable smart TV is ideal for one person, max. two adults. It's a bit smaller, but has a large balcony with a view of the Wurmberg. It is particularly suitable for weekend stays and as a supplementary booking to other apartments in the house.

- 160cm wide box spring bed with soft duvets and down pillows
- Smart TV can be extended from a chest of drawers by remote control
- Bathroom with rain shower
- small tiny kitchen with enough crockery and glasses
- Dolce Gusto coffee maker
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place a cot in this room.
