Cloth headboard and bed frame were FILTHY. It smelled like a long time alcoholic smokers room. There were giant roaches, There was crackers under the bed from a previous guest and the window unit AC barely keep the room COOL even set at 67F. The management company was responsive and friendly and brought in an Ozone Machine to try and rectify the smell and said they would spray the soft surfaces with something. It did help but the roaches.. I cannot. The location is good and the room is so cute, just needs some TLC and attention to details.

We're glad you enjoyed the location and found the condo cute, but we're sorry the condition of the room fell short. That's certainly not how we want you walking into your Port A getaway. We're glad you reached out while you were here and gave our team the opportunity to help with the odor and other concerns. We also appreciate you mentioning how responsive and friendly they were. We've reached out to the HOA regarding additional pest control and are following up on the housekeeping and maintenance items you mentioned as well. Thank you for the honest feedback. These are the details we need to know about so we can address them and do better.
