The Space:

The open layout creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the comfortable furnishings and well-equipped accommodations provide everything needed for an enjoyable stay. You'll also enjoy the natural light in the kitchen and living room from the skylight. Whether you're preparing meals, enjoying a morning coffee, or relaxing after a day of exploring, Unit 368 offers a true home-away-from-home experience.
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. EV's are not permitted to park under any building structures. There are open air lots where such vehicles may be parked
Entry: Complex elevator - 3rd floor. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Access to large balcony via sliding door doors.
Bedroom 1: Balcony access! King bed.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (full & single)
Bathroom 3: Half bathroom.
Balcony: Spacious!
Washer/Dryer: Utility room w/ access to a washer, dryer, beach chairs & beach umbrella
Complex Amenities: Pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, grilling areas, tennis & pickleball courts. Open seasonally at HOA discretion. Complex grilling area.
Beach: Short stroll over to our beautiful beach.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex.
The Neighborhood:
North Myrtle Beach! Roughly 30-35 minutes to MYR airport.
Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

No pets allowed.
Routine Pest Control happens 3rd Saturday of Jan/April/Jul/Oct. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
