This place isn't fancy but it was very clean, the bed was super comfy, the host was responsive and kind and very helpful! The fenced yard was a huge blessing for our dogs! It's close to everything you want to do in Granbury and the price was very reasonable.

Perfect cozy little home. The huge bathroom and tub and shower were great. Suited us perfectly for our 3 night stay for a baseball tournament.

Was not cleaned before we got there. Linens and towels were still on floor from checkout process from the people before us. A huge dead cockroach was on the floor and the trash was all tore up in the backyard. We had to sleep on beds that weren’t made and I can only assume the linens were dirty bc they were still on floor when we showed up which is what checkout process instructions were. No one got this place ready for us and I won’t be coming back.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry that your arrival experience did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I was unaware that our cleaner had experienced a family emergency and was unable to prepare the home before your check-in. Had I known there was an issue, I would have worked quickly to address it. Regarding the insect you mentioned, our property is located very close to the lake, and from time to time water bugs can make their way indoors despite our regular pest control efforts. We understand they can be unsettling, and we do our best to minimize their presence. I also wish I had been made aware of these concerns during your stay. We are always available to help resolve issues as they arise, and we would have gladly taken immediate steps to address both the cleanliness concern and any pest-related issues. We take all guest feedback seriously and have since reviewed our cleaning procedures to help prevent a similar situation in the future. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve
