Beautiful 2-family house. 4 km from the centre of Piriac-sur-Mer, in the residential district, 500 m from the sea. In the house: table tennis (all included). Grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Sports harbour 4 km. Nearby attractions: Guérande-Parc régional naturel de Brière 12 km, Marais salants 12 km, La Baule-Pornichet 20 km, Le Croisic 23 km. Hiking paths: GR34. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Petit grain de café", 1-room studio 18 m2 on 1st floor. Fully renovated in 2023, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining nook, kitchen corner and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 7 m2, patio 50 m2, lawn. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: private entrance, smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Super séjour passé à Piriac-sur-Mer. L'hébergement est calme, conforme aux photos avec tout le confort necessaire. Les propriétaires sont discrets et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pieds de la mer et du GR 34 et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Piriac-sur-Mer.

Les propriétaires sont très agréables, avenants et prêts à répondre à nos questions, location très très propre, les photos sont identiques à ce que vous trouvez à votre arrivée, très beau studio. Tout le confort pour passer un excellent séjour. Jy reviendrai avec plaisir.

location idéale bien situee

proprietaires charmants accueillants à l'écoute et discrets. Très belle location bien équipée et aménagée pour deux, située dans un cadre bucolique très sûr près des plages et de bien de lieux à visiter, tout près des sentier Gr et des pistes cyclables (-de500m) très nombreuses, région très fleurie idéale pour faire de la photo , location ou je retournerai très volontier, à visiter au moins une fois dans sa vie
