KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Located in one of the privileged beachfront towers in the Hacienda de Mita community, some noise from the pool and beach may reach the penthouse during the day in high season.  Only guests staying in Hacienda de Mita can use the residence beach club there, which provides guests with an additional Punta Mita beach club. Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with bunk beds and a shower room, originally intended as staff quarters, where you will find the washing machine and dryer for this condo; therefore, it is best suited for accompanying staff or children. It does not have A/C. Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply. TV in living area and bedrooms 1 and 2. One safety deposit box for the condo in Bedroom 1. No blackout blinds.  Peak Festive dates are strictly non-refundableA security deposit may be required after booking confirmation (MX0491).
