The property overlooks the beautiful Chippewa River, which provides excellent opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and tubing. Guests can immerse themselves in the tranquil riverside setting or take advantage of the recreational options available on the property. Across the road from the cabin is the Tuscobia Trail which is great for riding ATV's and snowmobiles.

In addition to the main cabin, there is a separate bunkhouse that is used for games. This space is equipped with Golden Tee, air hockey, and video games, making it a perfect retreat for rainy or cold days when outdoor activities aren’t possible.

An extra-large fire pit is available on the property, providing a perfect spot for gathering and making s’mores under the stars.
