Awesome property!

Beds were all so comfortable. Location is great. Fit our needs very well. All that you need ! Beach, dock, swimming fishing! Games! Fire pit although you have to bring your own wood. We had a blast. Mark was very good to communicate with.

Perfect Family Getaway

Three generations stayed at this lovely home. It was large enough to accommodate us comfortably and had enough to keep us entertained at the location without having to leave, however we did venture out to Hayward to do the typical touristy activities. Definitely would recommend a stay!

A great week on the flowage

We rented for our family i.e. grandparents, parents, grandchildren. Our expectations were surpassed. The house is up to date, clean, fully equipped with utilities, and recreational toys. There is a terrific sand beach, dock, kayaks. Nice TVs. Great kitchen and furnishings. And of course the gorgeous waterway. The owner was easily accessible and helpful. The maintenance personnel were courteous and also helped. Everyone appreciated the opportunity to use this fine property!! Thank you!!!

Our vacation experience and the property was awesome, we enjoyed the time with our family

our family vacation experience was awesome! The property was just perfect for us all ....our two 3 year old grandkids loved spending time at the sandy beach and the trampoline was a big hit with the kids as well as the adults ! The yard and fire pit were perfectly located for us all to enjoy during the day and night ...and the porch provided a nice spot for board games as did the lower level game room. our one and only regret when you are grilling steaks for 6 adults was to have access to a gas grill or a better maintained weber,,,hence we baked our steaks in the oven instead . We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to bring our family,,,we appreciated the host checking in with us on Wednesday evening and for all the communication with him prior to our visit. It made us feel very welcome at his home... and we appreciated the tips of some of the places in the area. Thanks again !

Great up north getaway

12 of us, two families, stayed the week after Christmas and really enjoyed the property and surroundings. Cross country skiing was our main activity and returning to a warm fire and beautiful view was super. There is everything you might expect within 30 mins driving and many trails closer. The great room with fireplace and extra large sectional was perfect for our group. The home has three bedrooms, two are bunkroom and the third is a spacious master on the main floor. The kitchen is large and second fridge was great for a larger group. Mark was very helpful and responsive. Thumbs up for Island Time rental.

Anniversary Celebration

Beautiful cabin in a Beatiful Location.

View and fall colors were stunning. My only complaint would be the early 9am checkout. We are usually just waking up at that time. We did have a mishap, but it was something out of everyone's control and the owner was quick to get maintenance ordered.

Amazing Retreat!!

Island Time is the most spectacular getaway! This home has every amenity you would want for an amazing vacation. From the moment you walk through the front door you know you are somewhere special. Our family had the best vacation. There are so many options to keep you busy both indoors and outdoors. Mark, the owner was very great to work with. I would highly recommend this vacation destination, you won’t be disappointed.

Family Trip

Our time at this Hayward area home was fantastic! The house was very clean and met or exceeded our expectations! The welcome package was an especially nice touch. Mark, the contact/owner was very pleasant to work with, and he seemed very happy to answer any questions or help in any way. I’d definitely recommend this rental, and if/when we return to the area we’ll absolutely stay there again!

Above the top amazing property! Plenty to do at the beautiful home....we played games in the game room, puzzles & board games. We had a BBQ on the deck with amazing views of the lake. We didn’t want for anything at and had an amazing time. Thank you for the loan of this outstanding home in the forest!

Everything we wanted and more!!

This is probably the best property that we have ever rented on VRBO. From top to bottom this is a First Class rental. We had 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty of room to spare. If the kids weren't in the water we found them on the trampoline or in the game room with ping pong tourney going. In the evening the fire pit was going and the smores were so good. Then before bed there was time for a game of 99 or tensie. The Kitchen has very high quality appliances and Kitchen utensils. The washer and dryer came in very handy to wash and dry the beach towels for the next day. Thanks again Mark for providing a wonderful vacation for our Family!! Craig & Jill

Wonderful Northwoods Experience

-Beautiful property; property description accurate -Wonderful host- Mark made sure we had everything we needed -Very clean and well-maintained -Beautiful lake view with easy lake access to enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing -Spacious - accommodated our group of 12 (7 adults and 5 children) very nicely. Finished basement was great for the kids to run around in; games for them to play. -Amazing central family/great room with fireplace which was key for snowy winter days/nights -Large kitchen for making big family meals -Great location -30 min from Hayward (shops/restaurant), 30 min from Birke Trail -Definitely would recommend property to others

Beautiful

Doesn't get much better than this...this place is perfect and very clean. The home has a great layout with easy access to the lake. Mark, the owner, makes sure you have everything you need and is great about getting information to you about any questions you have. When we come back to the Hayward area, this home will be at the top of our list.
