Nestled in Alger off of the feeding branch of the Tittabawassee River, this awesome Little Red Cabin offers guests a cozy retreat with a comfortable King bed, pullout couch and private bathroom. The space is inviting year-round thanks to efficient heating and air conditioning. It is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, fishing, swimming or using the provided kayaks. Looking for peace and quiet? You can simply soak in the tranquil surroundings as The Little Red Cabin provides a soothing atmosphere to relax and recharge. Do not worry if you're stuck inside on a rainy day. There is WIFI, a 70inch TV for you to stream your favorite shows or watch a DVD from the cabins collection. In the evening you can sit by a nice fire with a bundle of wood included, toast a marshmallow from the smores kit and gaze at the sky while wishing upon a star. The morning can begin with a fresh Keurig coffee, and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to cook a meal. If you prefer to have some else prepare your meal there are rest restaurants nearby. For the shopper it is a short drive to 2 charming Up North towns with boutiques, antiques wineries, brewery and cidery. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our Little Red Cabin.

LOVED every minute of our stay!!! The cabin is beautiful!!! HIGHLY recommend, we are only 2 hours from home but we got the “UP experience”…….Great couples long weekend if that is what you are looking for.

Nice little cabin for a couple. We only stayed 1 night as we were in town for a wedding but it was perfect for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. The host had a lot of extras like games, DVDs, a s'more kit, firewood, kayaks, and informational binder. There was a huge gorgeous bed, an electric fireplace, and all the cooking supplies you would ever need, and a big TV. We loved sitting around the campfire but we loved fishing by the water the most. The host was kind and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cozy 1 Room Cabin. Right on the River. Fire pit. Stocked kitchen to cook with. Clean. Comfy Bed. Only thing missing was a coffee pot. Would rent again.

There is a kureig built into the water cooler with coffee pods in the top for guests.

We had an amazing time! The host made everything effortless. We caught a bunch of fish and had perfect bonfires. Having the wood on site to buy was a genius! We can’t wait to stay here again!!

What an amazing place, honestly! A perfect getaway for exploring adventures or just a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life and work. An abundance of state land to trail walk or just cruise the groomed dirt roads knowing the main dirt roads all lead to a paved road, i.e., Three Rivers Road, M61, Sterling Road.The tranquility of the cabin's area...utter peace and stress free. No dogs barking. No emergency vehicle sirens. Just chirping birds, bustling leaves, and a nice river down the back hill. And, the sun sets on the back of the cabin and really makes for a nice evening! I am quite certain that we will be back!P.S. The water/coffee stand is a damn nice touch. K-cups were on site, just don't forget your half/half and sugar!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was so cute and had great furnishings- we especially loved the large smart tv, and the bed was SO COZY! It is located right on the river and we loved the access to the two kayaks! The host also provided s’mores ingredients for us which were thoroughly enjoyed. Special shout out the host who noticed we left a belonging and is now mailing it back to us!! I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cozy stay with access to a great outdoor space!
