The building is older and the exterior shows some age, but the condo interior presents better than the outside and offers a clean, comfortable space for a practical beach getaway.
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom includes a king bed, and the living area has a full-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. There are 2 bathrooms, dining seating for 4, a compact kitchenette, and a ground-level porch.
The kitchenette is best for light use and includes a small refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and toaster oven. It works well for coffee, snacks, leftovers, and simple meals.
The building is beachfront, with the beach about 250 ft away. One of the condo pools is beachfront, so guests can enjoy the pool area with beach views. The unit itself is not direct oceanfront, but you may catch a small peek of the ocean from the ground-level porch.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

• Maximum Guests: 4 people • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors. Loud noise is not permitted at any time.
🚘 Parking
• Max 1 vehicle per unit • You must register all vehicles and drivers UPON arrival. You will go to the Building Managers Office and request a parking pass. • Trailers, boats, RVs, are not allowed.
🚭 No Smoking / No Pets
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (inside or outside). • No pets allowed in this unit. • Smoking violations will incur a $250 cleaning fee for deep-cleaning, odor removal, and restoration.
