Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

There are 2 pools on the property the one on the northern end of the property is open. The other is under construction.

Great location near all attractions. 1.3 miles to Main Street bridge and 1.5 to the boardwalk. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with direct ocean views. 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. Very spacious. 58” smart tv in living room and 50” smart tv in bedroom.

No pets
Please note there is a potential for noise.
Only one pool is operational on north end of property. The other one is under construction.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.
Parking pass for 1 vehicle.
No pets … 250 fee will be charged if pets are found on site.

Rental comes with key fob for pool and beach access. There is a 100 lost fob fee!
No pets, there will be a 250 cleaning fee if there is evidence of a pet.
There will also be a 100 fee for smoking inside.
