Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

There are 2 pools on the property the one on the northern end of the property is open. The other is under construction.

Great location near all attractions. 1.3 miles to Main Street bridge and 1.5 to the boardwalk. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with direct ocean views. 1 bedroom with queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeper chair and sofa in living room. There is a 58” smart tv in living room and 50” smart tv in bedroom.

Rental comes with key fob for pool and beach access.
