Newly listed with brand-new luxury bedding, kitchenware, and appliances, plus a California King suite, a King/Twin room featuring custom-made twin XL beds that convert into a King, and a Queen bedroom.

Just 4.8 miles from LAX, 8 miles from the beach, and 11 miles from DTLA, this newly remodeled home is perfect for concerts, games, catching an early flight, or exploring LA. Every detail is brand new — mattresses, linens, towels, and kitchenware — since this is our very first time hosting.

The nearly 300 sq. ft. covered patio is the highlight: a dining table for six, a Pottery Barn oak sectional (seats 6-8), a 65" outdoor TV, and heating for year-round comfort. Fire up the BBQ, pour some drinks, and unwind under fruit trees.

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The location was perfect for our trip—we were within walking distance of SoFi Stadium, which made getting to and from events incredibly convenient.The house was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Our host was also extremely friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish.We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

I designed this home with entertainment and outdoor living in mind. The nearly 300 sq. ft. patio is built for real relaxation with kids and friends — whether it's morning coffee before a big day out, or firing up the BBQ and catching the game on the 65" TV before walking over to SoFi Stadium, the Forum, or Intuit Dome.

Inside, the full kitchen makes it easy to cook for the whole family, so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal just like you would at home.
