Cozy 2 bedroom 1 Bath mid-century home with hardwood and tile flooring throughout. The front part of the house is owner storage, and is not occupied - you will have the property all to yourself for full quiet and privacy. Bathroom has tub/shower combination and still boasts its quirky blue tub and tile accents. Bath amenities include hairdryer, soaps, shampoo and towels. Washer/Dryer is located in the kitchen; there is central heat and air for year round enjoyment. Bedrooms each have a king bed and single twin for a maximum capacity of 6 guests. While the fireplace adds to the ambiance, it is not for use by guests (sorry!). Enjoy the full amenity kitchen and dining area with access to the spacious deck/patio that faces west - with gas firepit and gas grill. Amazing westerly views will add to your perfect stay. And you are only 3 miles to downtown Asheville... and 3 miles in the other direction and you are on the Blue Ridge Parkway National Park!

This rental was so quiet and relaxing. It’s exactly what you envision when you think of a peaceful getaway in the mountains. It’s removed enough from town that everything is calm, but close enough that it’s easy pop into stores and restaurants as needed. The rental was stocked with everything we needed and the host was easy to communicate with. Also, the checkout instructions were simple and clear. We’d love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

The description of the property was spot on. It's definitely mid-century, with low ceilings that befit that era. The sunroom is the nicest part of the house and has apparently been added as part of an update. The best feature is not the house at all, but the Town Mountain setting and long-range views. Be sure to be there for sunset at least once during your stay.

The view from the deck was the most gorgeous thing my friends and I have ever seen! The sunroom/dining area was beautiful !
